Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided. Any conflicting terms from the client will not be accepted unless agreed in writing.

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery of the final content.

All additional costs (travel, accommodation, permits, external services, etc.) will be agreed in advance and invoiced accordingly.

3. Cancellations

If the client cancels the project, the following fees apply:

  • More than 7 days before the shoot: 30% of total fee

  • 3–7 days before the shoot: 50% of total fee

  • Less than 48 hours before the shoot: 100% of total fee

The deposit is always non-refundable.

4. Production Conditions

All shoots are subject to suitable conditions, including weather, safety, and legal regulations.

The videographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a shoot if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable (e.g. weather, technical issues, legal restrictions).

The client is responsible for securing any required permissions, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery

Final content will typically be delivered within 7–14 days after the shoot, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity.

6. Revisions

The project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

Additional revisions or major changes outside the original scope will be charged separately.

7. Creative Control

The videographer retains full creative control over the final edit, including style, pacing, music, and overall direction, unless specific requirements have been agreed in advance.

8. Copyright & Usage Rights

All content created remains the intellectual property (copyright) of the videographer.

The client is granted a license to use the final delivered content for agreed purposes (e.g. marketing, social media, website).

The client may not:

  • Resell the content

  • Transfer it to third parties without permission

  • Alter or edit the content without written consent

Usage rights are granted only after full payment has been received.

9. Portfolio & Promotion

The videographer reserves the right to use all created content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Liability

Liability is limited to the total value of the project.

The videographer is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of business, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

11. Force Majeure

The videographer is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather, travel disruption, illness, or legal restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable European law.
